Now that I live in NYC (Manhattan for the curios) I live in the beginning of the timezone. And I really didn’t think about this this fact till I was here for a few weeks. See bars and other fine establishments are open here till later then in Michigan some are open till 3, 4am in the morning. But being in the beginning of a time zone means that the sun comes up earlier and sets later it’s like a 1 hour difference then Michigan… which is weird for a city that is esp. alive (for non-tourists) at late hours of the day.
But yes, I live in nyc now and it’s great. And ironicaly 2 months after I loved here my friend Jim also moved here (just noth of the city).
